 STANDARD DISPATCH TIMEFRAME

We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

These are general estimates only and once your order has left our dispatch it is in the hands of the delivery courier to get it to you as soon as possible.

Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse and typically reach our customers within 2-7 working days, Australia-wide. 

 

AUSTRALIAN & NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

Standard Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and Shipping is FREE over $99 across Australia and New-Zealand.

Australia Standard shipping cost is $4.95 

New Zealand Standard shipping cost is $7.95

Express post option is available in Australia for $15

Australian express orders sent via Australia Post Express will be with you in 1-4 business days.

 

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD POSTAGE

Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes when the goods enter the country.

All international orders being delivered outside of Australia are charged a flat fee of $20AUD.

Parcels up to 500g cost $24.00

Parcels up to 1kg cost $40.00

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

Tracking numbers are provided for every order. Once orders are dispatched and tracking numbers have been provided, delivery of the items are then in the hands of the local postal services.

Returns

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection, or receive an unwanted gift. We are unable to resell your returned products in order to ensure product integrity. You may choose to receive a refund or exchange where the product is faulty. Cosmic Solis products must be returned as soon as possible within 7 days, accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
